Question about LAST Command Output

Good Morning:

I have been noticing that BBUS has been getting SLOW on the connection, and when she does, it seems that it takes 10-15 minutes to get to a login screen, and sometimes longer to get to a shell prompt. On it's last restart, I did a 'last' to see what was going on and got this:

I am looking specifically at the following lines of last:

root     pts/0        discovery.buddy- Fri Jun  7 19:17 - down   (00:01)    

Does this log indicate that BBUS took 2 HOURS and 45 MINUTES to fully restart? I am thinking that there may be something that is slowing down my server, but BBUS is on its OWN seperate Network, on its own 10MEG Down connection.

Is it normal for a server to take that long when you do a 'shutdown now -r'?
