Ubuntu, Mandriva or Fedora are easy to install and configure. The websites for these distros have a lot of support documentation; I suggest that you read up on how to install Linux, configuration, terminology, file systems.As you learn more you'll feel confident as you prepare to install Linux. iccaros Posted July 11, 2005 Report Share Posted July 11, 2005 I have never had anyluck with knopmyth... slackware and gentoo did a much better job. you could use a normal knoppix disk adn run th einstaller then use the debian instructions onthe myth tv site.. what capture card are you using?
