hi team recently i put an avatar to the board

now ide like to know how to put text to it. or give it a caption

im not sure if ive posted to the right forum.

i don't think that the board has script for such a thing but you can use your custom title when you reach 1,000 posts. or you could just pull the image into an editor like Gimp or what ever and add it there. if your talking about the avatar you using now since it's smaller than the maximum size, you could set it to a background and offset the picture and put the text underneath or enlarge the image and just place the text over it. or you could just hack the forum and grant yourself an extra title and use that but i don't think B would like that.

ile have to think it over

i had a hell of a time

trying to get the avatar on the board .

and used Ifranview to resize it .

as i thought the original was to big .

so i made it smaller

and according to your post i could have made i bigger.

how ever ile leave it be in case i make a botch up.

im not experienced with this sort of compting

but im happy ive got this far with it.

it was sultan who pmed me and said i was due to be able to have one at g4

because i had so many posts.not sure how many

any way i put one on g4

and i thought i would put one here.

as i feel i belong here .

tho ive got 1800 posts at g4.

if you want. if you send a link to the source or email me the source image i'll change it to what ever size you want and compress it for you. if you need it to be hosted so that you only have to past a html link i can do that to.
