TheTerrorist_75
Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8? Is it popups that don't open or are you trying to open a link in a new tab/window? Cookies have nothing to do with this.

rhema7
In the IE toolbar under help you should find "about"
irregularjoe
Try this:Control panel -> Internet options -> Advanced Scroll to "browsing". Uncheck "Reuse Windows for launching shortcuts". Apply, and close.
lefty1953
Google and many other tool bars can be doing this. If you want to allow pop ups and no one I know does, you can uninstall those Tool bars. Edited October 14, 2009 by lefty1953
irregularjoe
Google and many other tool bars can be doing this. If you want to allow pop ups and no one I know does, you can uninstall those Tool bars. The way I read it is that he's trying to open pages in another window. Not just block pop ups. If so, my instructions will work.
