Adminstrative Password

hi team ive lost my adminstrative password in

vista

is there some way i can retrieve it with in the sys

ive just uninstalled ubuntu 9.4

so i can use it as a stand alone on another compt

now when i boot to windows

i get this grub error

and to repair

i need the password so i can change the mbr

ive tried several p-w

that ive used in the past but it keeps rejecting them

Marty can you still login?

If so go to start / run and type

control userpasswords2

hit enter

there is a place there to change the (Safe mode)hidden administrator password.
