JDoors
So are those white strips in the Dominoes Pizza Chow Mein actually parts of the delivery box that were chopped up and sauteed with garlic? No, that's the crust, carefully removed and ... well ... I don't know what they do to it. I can't quite bear to read the individual steps involved as "deconstructing" the original food looks nasty (there are step-by-step photos, but check 'em out only if you have a strong stomach). irregularjoe
Don't forget to hold out your pinkie whilst sipping your Diet Coke. Good God! Not doing so would be SO pedestrian! And please don't forget your dinner jacket and an ascot. Dinner at 8.
Pete_C
AH, I'll stick to home cooking.I made a batch of my pressure cooker pulled pork yesterday.Such a versatile food once you cook it to falling apart goodness and shred it up.I put up two jars of stock (quarts) for later use.Once done you can make barbeque sandwiches (on a burger bun with some kraft barbeque sauce and shredded cheddar cheese). Or burritos with pica de gallo and cheese or avocado and sour cream .Both of the above can be made "Carolina" style with mustard and cole slaw.Or try it with mustard on white bread.Or on rice , in a quick hash with diced onions and frozen hash brown style potatoes. Just to many ways to eat it and all good and all quick.
