ZCorker
Historically I tried opening a new program and came up with an error message indicating that the network resource "isscript.msi" was not available and I was given a pointer. Microsoft said to delete a file in the registry in accordance with the instructions in Knowledge Base Article Q326674. After deleting this entry, the error message went away and the Juno connection quit working. Microsoft then said to delete and reinstall the Juno Software and if this didn't fix the connection problem, then do a parallel install. I attempted to do a parallel install, but had to abort because I wasn't certain if I was going to end up damaging the current installation. After the abortion, the annoying windows installer prompt started showing up during bootup and also when opening up virtually every program on my system.Help files were not able to link me to the disable routine. What do I do? I did get my connection working again. Shouldn't I deactivate Windows Installer and reinstall it? How do I check the version of the Windows Installer that I am using? I am running Windows 2k Svpk IV.ZCorkerICQ 118179171<rjs4you(at)juno.com>

ZCorker
Thanks for the update. I have not had much success using registry fixes or cleaners. My past experience seems to indicate that they will cause the entire system to crash. My best luck has been to fix each problem as they come up. Incidentally I did get the Juno connection working again. However, I now have another problem in the sense that my network password won't set.ZCorker
