Constantly.Taunting me with its unremoveability. Is it possible to remove that dingdong Google search from my toolbar?Help. Thanks ever so,Li Xindi
Digidave
Hi, LiXindi. Yes it is Possible. You have to right click on an open space on the tool bar. This opens up a drop down menu. click on Customize. This opens a box of differant things you can add. You just have to left click on the "G" (The Google logo) & drag it in to this box & it should be gone. Hope this helps!

TheTerrorist_75
If you still want Google to use Bookmark it and download the DragToTab extension. When you need to use it open your bookmarks and drag Google to Open a new tab. This is my second day using it and I'm finding many shortcuts and uses within the browser. I have to thank CurlingSteve for some of the tips and feeding me enough info to play with Firefox. Now if I could just figure how to combine the bottom toolbar with the middle one I'd be happy. CurlingSteve
Is your bottom toolbar perhaps the Bookmarks toolbar? While you're in Customize, you can drag that to the end of the middle bar, and VOILA!The bottom bar should be gone, leaving you with a two bar setup.-----------------Now undoing that seems to be a different story.Once it's at two, I can't seem to drag down and get three back.I have to reset to the default and build the whole thing over again.I'm sure I'm missing something, somewhere.OH BOY, YAY! Another mystery to solve! Edited March 15, 2005 by CurlingSteve
