For now you could try disabling it with a system startup program, or use the one in Spybot S&D. And then monitor your PCs preformance. If something acts up you can turn it back on. ALSO do a Hijackthis log and post it in the right area to be looked at by one of the HTJ Experts.All I could find is this reference: Added as a result of the SMALL.AJ VIRUS! NWEReboot. dummy.exe ... Do a virus scan and try looking for any referance to it on your PC. Then turn it off if you can and if it doesn't affect anyting. Pete from Tech Support tracks it down to a W32.Jeefo virus identified by Norton. I'm trying to get rid of it since my free AVG doesn't pick it up at all. Quote Link to post Share on other sites

They found nothing. I searched my HD for dummy.exe and powermanager and came up nil. Now, I just deleted the NWEReboot from the startup list. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
