Does This Look Like Malware?

I suspect the following entry is malware, but can't seem to verify it. I would like to here your expert opinion. For what its worth, the computer has a signs of a vundo infection.

after searching for mcbxqsd.exe I did not find any hits on google. I just searched for SfKg6wIP and got a lot of hits. It is definitely bad

Yes its bad, its also in the SDFix changelog; meaning its likely a backdoor trojan.
