HPoirot36
Can anyone tell me how to keep Windows 2000(PRO) from asking me to change my password every 30 days? I tried leaving it blank but it still asks every 30 days,I just hit enter and it goes away.
LCplMurphy
To turn off password expiration, follow these steps:1) Right-click My Computer, and then click Manage.2) Click to expand Local Users and Groups, and then click Users.3) Double-click the user account that should not have a password expiration, and click to select the Password never expires check box.I don't have 2000 here but this sounds right.
