cjeremie Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 I'm having problems with my Mac OS quitting unexpectantley after attempting to launch either Fire (Yahoo) or Yahoo Messenger.The App's seem to conduct a logging process but after around 3 seconds the program stops and the error message appears.I have trashed and re-installed the programs. isteve Posted January 15, 2008 Report Share Posted January 15, 2008 Because you said you reinstalled I'm guessing you have the latest versions of Fire and yahoo messenger. So first i would try using them in a different account. Next do a search for their preferences they should have yahoo in them and end in .plist and .cs they will be in your preferences folder. When you find them put them in the trash and open yahoo it should work, these files may not have got deleted when you uninstalled. Quote Link to post Share on other sites
