Internet Explorer 7 Startup Error Message

Okay, sorry for the late reply some problems with internet access. I've complete all of those steps and my computer seems to be running perfectly. The online scanners found a few small bits of spyware, nothing related to the problems i was having before, i think.

Thankyou both for your time, its really put my mind at ease.

To anyone interested in my resolution of the following MSIE problem:

Windows Internet Explorer

i Cannot find ';;{2559AlR-21D7-llD4-BDAF-00O04F60^F0}t, Make sure the path or Internet address is correct.

On Vista: Home Edition, here's what worked for me:

I 1. with assistance of help2go.com , removed installed Malware

2. ran online scan programs suggested by help2go.com to eliminate trojans, spyware, virus, malware. etc.

3. used JV16 2007 Power Tools Registry Cleaner Tool to clean registry errors.

This fixed my problem, hope it helps you.

Would have been nice to have a link to your thread there so we could see what was removed and what removed it.

If there was a shortcut (.lnk) file redirect involved or not.
