mikex Posted October 15, 2007 Report Share Posted October 15, 2007 I am having a issue with Office 2003 being slow to load. Like nearly 60 seconds from click to load. It does not matter the size of the file or the location, local or network. Once it is open it appears to run snappy enough. I notice this with Excel and Word, have not checked Access as it is not used.I cleaned msconfig and ran all the assorted cleaning tools. No virus/spyware. Comp is 2.4 P4 with 1G ram.Any suggestions?mike Quote Link to post Share on other sites
X-Cannon Posted October 15, 2007 Report Share Posted October 15, 2007 There should be a cache for Office on the C:\MSOcache...There is for me anyway I have both 2003 and 2007, You may have deleted the cache by accident.
