Out of nowhere, I started having problems on Vista boot."spooler subsystem app error" pops up on boot, or any time I try to load the Spool Service in Vista.I tried Microsoft's registry fixes, they failed.I tried using cleanspl.. doesn't work with VistaI tried cleaning out the System32\Spool directory, that failedI tried re-installing the printer driver, it failsI tried a restore point, that failedI scanned for viruses and spyware, that didn't fix it.I even tried a full registry fix program, which also failedI'm running a Canon Pixma ip5300Hopefully someone can help me fix this it's driving me nuts, and i've spent over 6 hours trying to fix it Edited October 6, 2007 by Icefyre Quote Link to post Share on other sites
