JSKY
There is a big glitch in Microsofts WGA server. If you try to activate your copy it will fail. DO NOT USE THE WINDOWS GENUINE ADVANTAGE serviceAnd if you download software that needs to check M$'s Windows Genuine Advantage. It will de-activate your legit copy. This affects both XP and Vista.M$ says they should have the problem fixed by Tuesday. You can run a newly installed OS for 30 days, Just put off untill after Tuesday. Pete_C
Hmm, Sunday the 26th I was working on a computer (XP SP2) which did not have IE7 installed so I installed it. I did get a hiccup with the WGA install , had to download and save and open it to get it to work . Same for the IE7 installer. But all went alright in the long run. It restarted and all worked as it was supposed to.
