After not seeing anything, I've decided I should post this link because it does mentiona work around.Since I don't have IE7, I haven't had the problem, but am sharingin case it helps anyone else. IE will not have the proper access rights to the folder in its new location and so will throw up the warning and refuse to run.Does not seem likely to affect very many people.But still good to be alerted that it could be a problem.
