martymas Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 hi. all the registry isnt something ime an expertoni went there to night to look for a appliand the path i looked for was by accident lead me to domainswell you should have seen the domains on my syscasinos search bars porn sites you name it i had it now things like porn sites are a nono for me so my q how the hell did they get there casinos ive never ever been into a casino sitethere must have been dozens of domains as i said i havent had much to do with the bloody thingand to delete those domains would have taken a coupla of daysso i deleted the domain folder and weighed up the risk all that rubish dissapeared but i still have to boot my compt and god knows what will happeni found dialers in there as well so here goes if you dont see a post from me for a coupla days i did the wrong thing and have to reinstallwish me luck can any one give advicemarty Quote Link to post Share on other sites

TheTerrorist_75 Posted March 21, 2007 Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 If you are using an anti-spyware program such as AdAware SE or Spyware Blaster and etc. or an anti-virus program, you probably just deleted their folder that contains the sites they block. Also IESpyad may place such a list in the reg. Check all of those programs to see if they are crippled and re-update them. In fact you may need to reinstall them. martymas Posted March 21, 2007 Author Report Share Posted March 21, 2007 hi TT yes i recently installed spywareblasterand ive just looked into the restricted zone and those sites are in there it isnt to bad of a program but i need to be able to understand iti got the info from spybotnow i have an idea where it is comming from i will be able try and control itat first like mark i thought i had a hjtbut i can read a hjt log file as im not confident enough to post a hjt fix to the board i leave it for some of the better onesas i have the tool on a bartpe cdmarty Quote Link to post Share on other sites
