Start Bar Upsidedown

hi all some thing that hasent happened before

i was cleaning the foot of my mouse

when the start bar appeared to the side of the monitor

i tried for an hour to put it back

but i havent a clue how to do this

so i had to restore back to previous settings

my Q how do i drag it back down

do i lock the task bar and leave it on

quick launch or

turn these off

quite embarassesing

i need to know for future times

Just click and hold the left mouse button down on a corner of the taskbar then drag the taskbar back where you want it. Make sure it isn't locked so it can move. Once it is back lock the tskbar.

Terrorist answered the same time I was! And to lock it, just right click on the bar and choose "lock the taskbar"

Son moved mine once as an April Fools Prank and I coulda wrung his neck Had to learn how to move it back in case he did it again and left the house!
