irregularjoe
Cory, we miss you already.Joe... agreedFirst the Yanks get bumped from the playoffs... then the Joe Torre bashing... then this. My heartfelt condolences to Cory's family and the Yankee family in general.Cory pitched in relief in game four this past Saturday. The deciding game.In fact that was his last major league appearence. This really put's a different perspective on the series for me.I met him a few times here in Phoenix during the Arizona Fall League. Realy nice guy.Very sad indeed. Joe Edited October 12, 2006 by irregularjoe

I am just glad that FDNY, The NYPD and the City and State of New York were able to respond so fast, and that more people were not injured as a result of this incident - I think that New York did a good job helping people out, and also getting that fire out.My condolences to Cory's Family......Brian
