If you are not using Logitech Desktop Manager, please uninstall it: Start--> Control Panel--> Add or Remove Programs--> Uninstall (if found) any instances of: Logitech Desktop Manager Then reboot your computer ---------------------------------------------- Download LQfix.exe and place it on your desktop. Doubleclick LQfix.exe and click install. Leave the default settings. If you change them, the fix will fail. Make sure 'Launch LQfix' is checked.
