  2. i can't believe this is happenin to me????????? WTF is goin on here. NOW i can't open up HOTMAIL,MICROSOFT,MSN on my desktop either???? i need some help BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!1 so ppl help me out soon i need it a lot has it got something to do with blocked IP addresses or something????but mine's a ADSL connection so i think whenever i switch my modem OFF n then ON, my IP address changes as well.so what else could be the problelm???????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  3. what do u mean my ISP's software configuration problem??????? what internet tools applet????? i have mozilla firefox 1.5.0.6 other then IE.i also tried installing IE7 Beta 3 but still could'nt resolve my problem.i just updated my firefox to my current version that i've already mentioned. so what do u suggest i should do now JDoors???? i still have'nt posted Hijackthis log in the Hijackthis logs section??? Do u still think its a spyware problem or somethin?????? let me know
  4. yes all sites open up on my desktop computer.The security softwares that i have on my desktop are--- 1. Norton antivirus 2006 2. Ewido Antispyware 3. Windows Firewall well i've uninstalled both of them on my laptop but as ur sayin that webroot is a much better software then AOL so i'll install it right away. i think my Norton antivirus don't provide me with ne firewall so i guess i'm only runnin windows firewall protection on BOTH (desktop n laptop). so now what would u suggest i should do?????? would a clean install on my laptop help??????? i don't really wanna do a fresh install on my laptop
  5. yes i do another computer.its a desktop runnin on WINXP pro SP2.i'm using windows firewall protection as well as norton on it but i did'nt had ne kindda prob on my desktop while tryin to connect to these sites. all these sites do get opened up pretty well on my desktop but not on my laptop. i've uninstalled both of them i.e. Webroot n AOL n i got this intrusion when i turned widows firewall off on my ethernet. if u need nemore help just let me know i'll tell whatever u need to know abt his prob of mine coz i really want to know what's causin this.i've even tried callin microsoft customer servi
  6. y do u think i should dump NORTON. i'm using the same version on my desktop n its been workin fine ever since. i think NORTON have'nt got nethin to do with my problem. ne1 else got some bright ideas?????????

THANX for the info but i've uninstalled AOL spyware, webroot as well. i've also updated the time zone and also tried removin the firewall but my norton caught something inbound into my laptop n its as follows...... Hi.....i have thinkpad t43p US model, brought to india, tried to connect to hotmail as well as microsoft update software......was unable to open till date.......i am using webroot, aol antispyware, norton antivirus 2006. also was not able to poll emails to outlook express through hotmail. fortunately every other website is opening up...but microsoft related does not open up......using ADSL 2+ conection for internet. help me out ...thx

  10. hi guys, its me after a long long time with a very peculiar problem????? i've been using a samsung SATA 80GB HDD with winXP SP2 but now i've bought a new 250GB segate baracuda HDD which i'm tryin to use with my earlier 80GB one.so the problem is that my computer won't boot with my new HDD connected to it or even when i does it takes a hell lotta time to boot n my winxp get a LOT LOT slower then usual. my mobo is a intel D915GAV board with 512MB 400MHz RAM n P4 @ 2.8Ghz. i've tried changing my BIOS settin to legacy IDE/SATA thingy n even connected my 2 HDDs in SATA 0 and SATA 2 order or SATA 1

  12. hey there m8, i've done an online malware scan as u told me n here's the result of it.i think the problem is not in this file.i think the file that's giving me the problem is called csrss.exe which is located in the c:\windows\system32\dllcache\csrss.exe.there r two process in the taskmanager, one is CSRSS.EXE which is a microsoft certified process n another is this csrss.exe whose maker is catsoft ( i found out this by the process explorer software).i've also tried deleting it by hijackthis after rebooting but it still shows the file is still there.the process explorer says its a FTP serv-U d

  14. hey efwis m8, i tried what u told me to do n my startup speed have increased up but the browsing is just too slow.even when i right click on a file it take upto 10 sec to open up n i'm still getting those errors again.my explorer still keeps on crashing n i'm getting the same drwatson error too.i'm gonna paste my hijackthis log again including the event logs.so here they r.............   17. hiiiiiiii there guys, i'm new here but i've heard abt u guys a lot.i need some serious help with my windows XP pro with sp2 n all the updates installed.my explorer.exe gets restarted if i try to browse my drives.sometimes it crashes ne program runnin like if i'm usin windows media player 10 n browse my drives it either crashes my explorer or crashes the media player.i get an error sayin explorer.exe has crashed then click send n don't send. after that i get a error message sayin drwatson.exe has crashed n had to closed down.i'm gonna copy n paste the event logs that have been generated in the
