But you know that is in a way very tragic, in the fact that their are people in the greatest nation (IMO) on earth who are still illiterate. Our kids are graduating and some still can't read or write (other than slang, eubonics, and profanity).

Well let me bust someones bubble here.....
My wife is 100% cajun and doesn't cook a lick. She could burn water. I do ALL the cooking, BBQ and baking in this house (of course you know men make better chef's, remember no FLAMING here at Besttechies). As I'm 100% German, I love to cook. All she does in the way of assistance is eat and then does the dishes, and complains about that. But what chaps my butt is she goes out in public and brags about her lack of culinary skills and laughs that she has it made.(sounds like justification to insert a # 10 1/2 up someones butt).
You don't want me to start on her cleaning skills.
I cook so much and all my friends and family love it, I'm thinking of doing my own smokehouse/bbq business. (any vestors out there???)
Of course being in the kitchen or backyard cooking gives me an excuse to pop the tab on another cold one....lol
