You got infected again... Please update Ewido boot to safemode run a full scan let it delete what it finds save the log boot back into normal and post the Ewido log...

There just killbox backups (you probably used to delete a few files) the folder can go if you like C:\!KillBox\ the rest are just harmless cookies.. -
