I'm brand new to starting a webpage and I was wondering, Do I have to get hosting at the same place I got the domain name? So for example, If I bought a domain name at godaddy but I wanted to get web hosting from webair, would I be able to do that?

Give me any integer (just to make things simpler, use an integer between -20 and 20). I will then give you a sequence of numbers based on the number you gave me. You have to figure out how I am coming up with these numbers. You can post as many numbers as you'd like but post one number at a time.
