  1. Looks like that did it. Haven't had a problem in 2 days.
  2. I did notice in the ADVANCED TCP/IP dialogue, that the "register this connections addresses in DNS" box, in the DNS tab, was checked. I unchecked it, and SO FAR have not experienced the search.findwhatevernow.com problem.
  3. I have comcase hi-speed, over a network. (just 2 computers, mine and my housemate's. I don't have to enter DNS or IP info, it already just pulls from Comcast, I checked those settings and they have not changed on my computer or my housemate's. any other ideas? thanks
  4. I have run spy sweeper (full paid version), ad-aware, mcafee, norton, no viruses, no spyware, but i still have it...i even did a full format of my hard drive and reinstalled windows, i barely have any programs installed and i still have it already. whenever i go to yahoo or google or anything like that, i get a fake MSN search page where all the links go to search.findwhatevernow.com and a search like viagra or credit cards. HELLLLP!!!! hijackthisdec20_1008pm.txt
