Hi. No, i found meanings for the error, which do upset me but i am looking for a way to extract the data and then BURN the disk. Now, my big thing is that I can "see" the file on the A drive through my file list but it doesn't open. the drive just goes chugga, chugga, chugga. Now it's not the drive, I have done other things in the last 24 hours with the A drive and I have taken the disk to 2 other computers in the house and they all come up with the same error.
