    I have a dell laptop when docked, displays correctly, when undocked the screen size shrinks to the center of the LCD on laptop with black borders around. We have tried changing the resoultion which makes it even smaller, regardless of resolution chosen. Any ideas what is causing it? and how to troubleshoot it?
