  2. These two files have occupied a space in my System32 folder and will not delete. I am almost certain they are the cause of the MicroBillingSystems pop up which keeps appearing when I am using my computer.

There have been posts about this already on the forum however they instruct you to delete the two files and assume that you are able to.

    Can anyone help?

I had precisely the same problem. I started in safe mode and ran msconfig. You should be able to find mbsmon32. just uncheck the box then restart normally. You should not get the bill recurring. You should also be able to delete mbsmon32 and mbsreg from your system.

By the way, its seems that this company is making a habit of doing this. I have compalined to Consumer Direct (email www.consumerdirect.gov.uk); if everyone who has been affected by this does similar, it may prevent it happening again.

Hi all, ive got a problem with micro billing systems. there is a link that appears on my desktop everytime i start my computer, and when i go on the internet i get a popup from them saying i owe them £20 or something. Deleteing the link on my desktop dosent help. Ive read all the stuff that has been said to everyone else, but i just dont know where to start!!!

    can anyone help me aPLEASE!!??
