Well my problem it that im getting a micro billing system link on my desktop, when i delete it, it comes back when i re boot my comp. i also get a pop up from them asking me to pay £20. Ive read lots of posts about it and ive posted my hijack this logfile. Other than that i dont have a clue on what to do, please help me ASAP. I had precisely the same problem. I started in safe mode and ran msconfig. You should be able to find mbsmon32. just uncheck the box then restart normally. You should not get the bill recurring. You should also be able to delete mbsmon32 and mbsreg from your system. By the way, its seems that this company is making a habit of doing this. I have compalined to Consumer Direct (email www.consumerdirect.gov.uk); if everyone who has been affected by this does similar, it may prevent it happening again.
