i did, but nothing Effect that message!

well i had this problem during i was Running the Office Update from microsoft. the update is always gave me Failing message. then if i want to open any software on my system, it's showing me this message: i dont know why it's always showing, only if i want to open any sofware i want to stop this messages please help me

im having problems with my 32 bit version, cuz im using the AMD Athlon 64x2 Dual Core Processor 3800. so i think that 32 bit windows is not compatible with my process so i still having alot of problems. please help me to get winXP SP2 64 bit version supportin Arabic Language
