evilangel12788 Posted August 7, 2006 Report Share Posted August 7, 2006 I cant open it....pressing the button does no good. And the player control buttons dont work either. Everytime I turn on the computer i get an "ide #1 error" and was thinking that this was causing the problem...I have a toshiba laptop and was wondering how to fix this...thanks Quote Link to post Share on other sites
robroy Posted August 7, 2006 Report Share Posted August 7, 2006 There is a small hole on the cd player usually just below the cd tray. Insert a paper clip to push the release button inside. This should pop the cd tray open Quote Link to post Share on other sites
