I found this Oregonian article today about an interesting type of board games. Has anyone played any like these? If historically correct, they would be a fun way to learn. And of course would be a good family activity.

Perhaps board games will never die out especially if ordinary individuals keep on inventing good stuff. Although not yet big enough to compete with the big game companies, they are making interesting changes to the status quo.
