OwNt
Hello robert1234,I need to get you to move HijackThis to a folder of its own so that nothing gets deleted by mistake1. Right click in an empty space on your desktop.2. From the Menu, click New, then Folder and a folder will appear on your desktop.3. Name the folder HJT4. Copy/Paste your current version of HijackThis into the new Folder that was just created. After that, download CWShredder here to its own folder.Do NOT run it yet. Please reboot your computer in SafeMode by doing the following:Restart your computerAfter hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appearSelect the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode. Now run CWShredder. Click I Agree, then Fix and then Next, let it fix everything it asks about. Reboot your computer into normal windows and post a fresh Hijackthis log.
