shanenin
I need to make a very simple websight. I suppose I should get used to doing some basic stuff using photoshop. I want to purchase a copy of photoshop elements. I was looking at some used copys on ebay. Are the older versions of elements failry good, or does the newest version have much better features.edit added late//in particular, is photoshop elements-2.0 a pretty good product? isteve
Get the newest version of elements well worth it search the net you can find it pretty cheap. Both version 3 and 4 will automate some nice photo webpages. If all you plan to do is resize images for the web there are free app. But I think elements is a good investment. bozodog
Try PhotoPlus6 (free) first... This page will come up "performing maintence" sorry... Click on the Serif logo to open the free software page. This program is very much like PhotoShop. Edited January 2, 2006 by bozodog

Hai-Etlik
You could always get The GIMP for free. Strange as it may sound there are pixmap editors other than Photoshop.http://www.gimp.org/http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/
