Can't understand why, if it's just doing searches on ones own pc. Why does it want more then 5 different accesses to google? It's at this point I decieded to remove it. Just my own choice. Why does it want more then 5 different accesses to google?That's sort of addressed in the privacy policy. It collects performance statistics and sends them back to Google. It wouldn't surprise me if it was also using Google search for some things (e.g., checking whether web pages have expired, or pulling in recent searches) though nothing about that is mentioned.
