Anti Spam Laws

hi all recently we had a general election

and one of the peices of legislation

was the anti spam laws

it has now gone into law .at the moment the

rules are vague

but reading between the lines.

it is now against the law to send spam to a compt without.

permission from the owner.

one of the problems is international law.

but i believe the gove is going to monitor it.

what ever that means .

i have to say the present gov has incouraged

compt use.and is now bringing broadband to the normal user.

im reading this from tv teletex

but i will look for the article

in the print media .
