I needed to figure out how many calories are needed to maintain energy. In my search, I found tdee calculator accurate, which simply and clearly calculated my daily norms. Now I know how to adjust my diet and on which days I need additional energy. It turned out to be more useful than I thought, and the feeling of vigor was the best confirmation!
