tot3ntanZz
I cook in a frying pan a lot, and I used to always use canola oil because I heard it had less saturated fat. But I recently read about the benefits of olive oil, and now I'm confused. I want to know which oil is really better for your health?
nightlovell
Both oils have their benefits, canola oil versus olive canola oil is rich in monounsaturated fats and antioxidants, which helps support heart health and reduce inflammation. Canola oil has a higher smoke point and less saturated fat, but it is more heavily processed. For everyday use in salads and cooking, olive oil is the better choice, while canola oil can be used for high-heat frying.
