Datohas
Hey all, I’ve been hearing a lot about real estate startups getting big investments lately. I’m curious, does anyone have a list of some of the most promising ones that have been funded recently? I’m especially interested in those that are leveraging tech in interesting ways to shake up the industry. Any insights?
Nanos
Oh yeah, the real estate startup scene is popping off right now. If you’re looking for a list and some detailed info, I’d recommend reading about real estate tech startups on the Intobi company blog. They break down some of the hottest funded startups that are really making waves in the market. For example, they talk about companies using AI for smarter property searches, or blockchain for secure and transparent transactions. Some of these startups are also doing cool stuff with virtual property tours, which is super convenient for buyers. And then there are others working on fractional ownership, making investing in real estate more accessible to the average person. It’s wild how much the landscape is shifting thanks to all this innovation. Definitely worth checking out if you want to stay ahead of the game!

Liam Connr
One that caught my eye is Opendoor, which has been shaking things up with its instant buying and selling model. Another promising one is Zillow, which has expanded into iBuying and offers innovative tools for both buyers and sellers. From my experience, these companies often address common pain points, like reducing the hassle of transactions and even cutting down on costs like exp fees. It’s exciting to see how these startups are pushing the industry forward. Edited October 31 by Liam Connr
