Calcium Supplement Question

Hi everyone,

I’m considering adding a calcium supplement to my daily routine but have a few questions. First, what’s the best form of calcium to take—calcium carbonate or calcium citrate? I’ve read mixed reviews. Also, I’ve heard about Etna Wellness and their approach to supplements; do any of you have experience with their products?

How much calcium should I be taking daily? I know it varies by age and gender, but I want to ensure I'm meeting my needs without going overboard. Lastly, are there any side effects I should be aware of? I appreciate any advice or personal experiences you can share.
