Hi everyone,

I'm currently exploring grounding exercises and wondering if anyone here has experience with them. I've heard that grounding can help reduce mental stress and improve overall well-being, but I’d love to get some personal insights. For those who practice grounding, do you find it genuinely effective in managing stress and promoting relaxation? Are there specific techniques or exercises you would recommend for someone just starting out? I've read a lot on choosegrounding.com but don't know either they work or not. Looking for your response.
