You could do that for the time being.

First thing is to ensure no malware is messing with your computer: Do all the scans you have the patience to do; virus, adware, Trojans, etc. No point in trying to fix it if something's just going to unfix it.

Two drivers could be at issue here; the keyboard and the video driver. Keyboard is more likely, the driver you are currently using may be the wrong one (and does not contain the button you're looking for) or it may be corrupted (and thus is no longer able to display that button). In either case, reinstall the keyboard driver (someone else would have to explain that as I am not familiar enough with this task).

I mention the video driver because many times if something is not displaying correctly it could be the video driver. If reinstalling the CORRECT keyboard driver does not do the job, reinstall your video drivers.
