Which OS does the 2019 27” iMac ship with???

Hi everyone, I’m away to buy a new iMac for music production, and there is apparently a mountain of problems with various  easybib  plug ins not being supported by Catalina, so I’m wondering (hoping) if it’ll ship with Mojave. Can anyone confirm?  irs.gov

I’ve read that it’ll likely ship with the earliest OSX available at the models release, but I just wanted to double check.  fedloan
