Bubba Bob Posted July 12, 2005 Report Share Posted July 12, 2005 Im trying to log in to CarandDriver.com, but it keeps giving me this error message:Your login failed.You must have cookies enabled in your web browser in order to login to this bulletin board. Without having your web browser setup to allow cookies, you will be able to browse this bulletin board, but not loginIVe set IE and FF to accept ALL cookies, deleted my old cookies. No firewall programs or anything else is running that would block it. caranddriver.com is the ONLY site where i have this problem.Can someone help me out? Quote Link to post Share on other sites

However, even after clearing that list, it still wont work.Also, After having this problem, i set everything pertaining to cookies to the lowest setting, and "allowed" all cookies.I think it's a conspiracy! (server "thing" or Cookie Monster outbreak or something) Has it been a long time since you logged in, meaning that maybe you have to re-register? The error message said you could browse the bulletion board, anyone else complaining of trouble? You tried to access the site on both browsers, right? I just to tried to log in with a bogus account -- username: foo, password: bar -- and got the same thing. It's either an overspecific 'generic' error or a misconfiguation. Probably the former.
