YulianaBoyle
So I quit vaping yesterday. What would be good to help with this? I been taking synthetic nicotine pouches but I want to get away from synthetic as I think it’s adding to akathesia. If I went to my doctor in the states, is stuff like Nicorette gum or lozenges still synthetic? So it’s a two part question. Suggestions and is that synthetic too? JonathanButler
Vaping is what made me quit a heavy cigarette smoking habit of 25 years. I know it's probably not the best for me, but I'm gonna enjoy it for now as I haven't touched a cigarette in 3 months and I don't have cravings for the "cigarette smoking act / ritual" anymore. BrandonHarris
I was in the same boat trying to quit, and switching to vaping helped me cut down gradually. If you’re struggling with finding the right flavors or quality, check out this online retailer for premium e-juice. The better the juice tastes, the more satisfying the transition feels, especially if you’re reducing nicotine levels over time.
