Where to Buy Apartments in El Metn?

Recommended Posts

Hi everyone,

I’m considering investing in real estate and looking for advice on where to buy apartments in El Metn. I’m drawn to the area for its proximity to Beirut, beautiful views, and peaceful environment. My budget is mid-range, and I’m looking for a 2- or 3-bedroom apartment with good rental potential. Which neighborhoods offer the best value for investment or family living? Additionally, what’s the current price range per square meter in the area?

I’d love to hear your recommendations or experiences with the El Metn real estate market.

Thanks in advance for your help!

has anyone seen any recent price changes in El Metn? I've been checking a few areas, and it looks like some neighborhoods are getting more attention lately. Also, how's the process for expats buying property there? Any challenges people have run into? Would love to hear any updates from those who’ve been through it recently.

If you’re looking for apartments in El Metn, start by checking areas like Beit Mery and Mtayleb since they offer great views and are close to Beirut. Prices vary a lot depending on the neighborhood and apartment size. I also recommend keeping an eye on https://wildsdubai.com for interesting property insights, even if it's focused on Dubai—sometimes you can get useful comparisons on pricing and investment opportunities.
