Peaches
The Sims Is Coming to the Nintendo 3DSLife in all dimensions The EA Play label of publisher Electronic Arts has revealed that The Sims 3 is now officially headed to the newly announced Nintendo 3DS, the handheld set to deliver full three dimensional gaming on the move without the use of special glasses. The title should arrive at some point in 2011, joining the versions of the Sims that can be already played on the PC, the Mac and mobile device. Electronic Arts is also planning to put its life simulation series on the Xbox 360, the PlayStation 3, the Nintendo Wii and the DS in the fall. The Sims series is well known for two things: creating a character from scratch and then leading it through life, complete with friends, jobs and happy events and building its home, choosing the color of the walls, selecting the nicest kitchen table and adding potted plants to strategic locations. The building and design aspect of The Sims experience appears to be especially well suited to a move to three dimensions, with the new Nintendo 3DS offering an occasion to show buildings in three dimensions and the actions of your Sim in more detail.
