mikex Posted April 28, 2005 Report Share Posted April 28, 2005 I have a friend rrunning '98 with Outlook 2000 on a laptop. They want to leave the mail on server, but I can't find the option. I can find it in O'look 2003(XP). Their home machine has Win2k with O'look 2000 it leaves the messages on the server.?The laptop sometime can't reply or fwd outside the domain. Can reply and fwd to others with an addy of [email protected] when his addy is [email protected].M Quote Link to post Share on other sites
Vile_DR Posted April 28, 2005 Report Share Posted April 28, 2005 In Outlook 2000, it is similar the XP except for a few parts of going through the account information, all you have to do is:Select Tools:Accounts:Click the mail tab:Click the email account you wish change the properties on:Click properties:Under the last tab, Advanced:There should be at the bottom, the option boxes to leave messages on server and for how long...That should help...
