susanmark
Hey everyone, I recently came across the Human Benchmark for Reaction Speed test and wanted to ask if anyone has some tips on how to improve your score. I’ve been practicing regularly, but my reaction times seem to plateau, and I’m not sure how to break through. Are there any specific drills or techniques you’ve found helpful? Also, does anyone know if there’s any way to improve reaction time beyond just practice, such as through diet, supplements, or mental focus exercises? Any advice or experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
dimicag
Hey! To break through your plateau, try adding visual tracking exercises or play fast-paced games that challenge your reflexes. Sports like table tennis can also help. When practicing the Human Benchmark for Reaction Speed, focus on consistency and timing. For mental sharpness, mindfulness or meditation can improve focus. A diet rich in antioxidants (like blueberries) and omega-3s (found in fish) supports brain function. Good sleep is also crucial for reaction time.
